[FEATURE REQUEST]Access Commands history from touch interface #368

Currently dashboard commands history is only available using keyboard arrows , on touch interface would be great to have access to it also May be adding small areas on each side of input box to simulate arrow up / down

Implemented in git - packages will be built this week end Mobile view
