[FEATURE REQUEST]Move to another chat tool for support and notification #499

Gitter is very buggy on my PC - sometime it crash - sometimes it is blank - I get notifications delayed - etc... also need to check gihub and gitter to grab all info, I am thinking to use github-action to post issue / release update to chat to get one notification chanel instead of several - that also the reason there is no Facebook / forum dedicated to ESP3D it would need to collected information from too many sources.

I am not sure which solution to use but seems https://github.com/marketplace?category=chat&type=actions has lot of choice

Any suggestion is welcome ^_^
