What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. authenticated already then cant start attack , select yes to authenticate 
and still cant start any attack, asked to authenticate.
2. deauthenticate permenently says deauthenticated and the start,stop buttons 
are there.
3. can you add an option to start attack/continue even if not authenticated, so 
the user is not blocked from starting an attack.

i've tried it with backtrack 4 and slitaz aircrack-ng , and the bugs listed 
appear on certain ap's. 

it works very well with slitaz aircrack-ng, but i think compatibility could be 
improved slightly.

also the mac changer always says packet macchanger not installed,

Bug already talked, see issues.

Nop, because ALL attacks need ANY station associated to get succesfull.
