Global Alias #11

hello,

i just want to give a suggestion.
if possible, how if Pako-bot can make alias global, not only at 1 room. but, i 
hope that only admin bot who have the access to do that. it will be helpfully.
for example, i want to make an alias global to show rss_feed from my website.

Hello.
Thanks for your suggestion.

Global aliases will be created soon. Now I'm work on bot's plug-ins system 
that's provide more better performance and independently from bot's kernel. 
Than I could do this more quick.
