the database handler not ready issue #20

Greeting !

When i open pako bot it get closed and a error text file generates stating, the 
database handler not ready .

   please help

Hi.

If you use a 64-bit windows system, please download sqlite driver from thereL
http://pako.googlecode.com/files/sqlite3.zip
and use it instead of supplied driver.
