Not working at all. #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Whenever I run the bot.
2. It doesn't work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output should be: running the bot, but instead, it's not running at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have tried all Pako versions and I've downloaded them all from this site.
OS: Windows 8 Pro.

Please provide any additional information below.
See the attached image to see what's happening when I run it.
