Seeing as farmer's delight fabric got deprecated, the new continuation is the refabricated version.

This pull request:

Updates support to minecraft 1.20.1
Switches support to farmer's delight refabricated
Updates gradle version to 8.4 along with removing the deprecated gradle calls such as capitalize() to replaceFirstChar()

Really hoping to see this merged and released, it sucks basically needing to pick between Farmer's Delight and Fabric Seasons.
