Continuum spectrum #57

Added the possibility to generate a source with a continuum spectrum in [7,9] keV in source.py and added the option in hxsim.py as spectrum_type. If anything specified, the spectrum is the default lineforest. If the continuum spectrum is specified, the source element becomes redundant.
