Consider adding timelines #18

This would work for the cv and, possibly, for the list of publication and that of conferences.

There is a timelines branch where a preliminary implementation of a css timeline has been integrated into the cv. A few things remain to be done:

We have a first full implementation of timelines in the timelines branch. Not battle-tested, yet.

The timelines are not showing up correctly when printed, see issue #23. And the css could use some cleanup.
