Remove the timing tab from the main GUI for the pedestals? #114

It seems like the timing is completely hard-coded (and, in addition, it seems like the timing code has o be 0x40).

If this is the case, xpepeds should not have the timing tab.

Actually, Massimo prefers to have full control of the timing, see issue #119.
