This surely holds for the max window settings, but possibly for the timing as well.
The minimum, maximum and step size are fine, but if one writes a number by hand in the spin box, from that point on the values go banana. (Note that the actual value written in the configuration is rounded to next lower integer.)
A possible fix might be to disable writing in the spin boxes.
