project_description.html page implementation #16

Expected result: I expect the project_description.html page to be structured in this way: 'Project File Structure', which is the section where the code structure will be shown for both backend and frontend, 'How to use the website' which explains how to start and use the site, 'Most Important Concepts' which covers the main codes and the most important sections of our project, and 'Our Team' a section dedicated to the members of the group.
