Crash when no sound device available #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a remote desktop connection on a second computer (mstsc.exe).
2. Disable remote audio in the options.
3. Connect with the box running AudioSwitch or start on this box AudioSwitch.

Perhaps the problem can reproduced on a box without a sound device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect AudioSwitch continue to run without any audio device. When I again
login locally, I expect AudioSwitch continue to work with the local sound
devices.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AudioSwitch 2.0RC2. Remote computer running AudioSwitch: Windows 7 64bit.
Connecting from: Windows 7 + mstsc.exe and Gentoo Linux + xfreerdp.

you still need a settings.xml file, it crashes without it.

Hi, your changes are great. I can switch to no audio device and back, and
AudioSwitch doesn't crash. All audio devices are restored.

There's only one problem left: AudioSwitch crashes on start, when there's no
audio device available. The situation: you start your computer, but you don't
logon. You connect from a second box without audio redirection, AudioSwitch
starts during logon process, but it doesn't find an audio device, and crashes.

Regards,
Ralf
