StartUp Crash #61

Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
AudioSwitchSetup v2.0 RC6

There is a problem where the Settings.xml file is written without any contents. 
Try to delete the file from the AudioSwitch install folder and then reinstall 
it. I'm working on a fix for this.
