This is a very nice piece of powerful software and deserves to be more widely known and used.
Running with stdin - option is very nice since we can pipe from samtools mpileup
One feature request I would like to make is ability to redirect stats to stdout (like samtools - and - options) so we dont have only the option of writing to one NPStat_input.stats file
