Can you add a sliding step to npstat? #6

Hi,

There is only sliding window length option in npstat, can you add a sliding step length to npstat?

Dear Kun, sorry for the late answer, I am just back from sick leave. I am not sure if I will be able to add a sliding step anytime soon, but I will let you know. Best Luca
