Hi, I get follows stderr when running the CRISPRessoPooled.

ERROR: The amplicons should be all distinct!

This is expected if the amplicons are not distinct since it is impossible to demultiplex reads in this case (ambigous assignment).You cannot use CrispressoPooled in this case.
