• Facebook, give the possibility of change the profile picture only with a little trick and the intervention of the user. (we can work on it)
• Twitter, it is possible to change the profile picture
• Pinterest, I don't know
• Google+, I don't know
• Instagram, for now it is not possible
• Linkedin, I don't know

I think that each of you have to pick one of the social network and try to find how the API work and if is possible to change the profile image.. Reply here whit the API that you wont to study..

I can speak about g+: the api seems to be read only and I found also a confirmation on the google group https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/google-plus-developers/6EiEU_mD6xI.

The only way to change the picture is directly from the browser... So - 1...
