Support Microsoft Store Apps #726

Attached is a patch that adds a demo and project files for Microsoft Visual 
Studio 2012, with Microsoft Store Apps support.

It will be better to patch premake4 to support the changes needed, rather than 
manual project files.

attached is a patched version of Bullet, against latest trunk (2644) with the 
patch applied, for testing

Can't accept a whole new graphics framework, we just support simply OpenGL.
