Media error when linking with nextcloud #34

Hi, I have a local nextcloud container running on my NAS. I can sync to AntennaPod but it doesn't work with the App.

I set a specific app password but when I set it all up (username, password, Service URL) in the iq-app and hit "save" the watch always states "media error".

I tried with the NAS' hostname and with it's IP for Service URL, neither work. The URL includes a Port (i.e. localhost:8080), maybe that is causing trouble.
