Adding *.VC.db to the .gitignore file #56

This file is generated by Visual Studio, for use with its intellisense. It often gets rebuilt and will differ between users. Being that the file is binary, it makes merging difficult.

Oh, I didn't remember we had x360ce "integrated". It would be nice if we could just link it via subdmodules.

And given they at-least-officially dropped XP.. This seems a good excuse for that PR I was thinking opening to them but I hadn't specific reasons about. EDIT: mhh.. their older builds were based on VS2010.. Bad. Guess we'll have to keep it this way until I figure out whether it's possible to pass a "parameter" to submodule, x360ce guys accept to switch back to _xp toolset, or they make a branch.. just for me EDIT2: some ideas

Apparently if you make a pull request, then commit more code, it will add the new commits to the previous pull request. I only wanted to merge in the first commit mentioned, so that the *.VC.db files would stop being committed, to avoid unnecessary merge conflicts.

I'm closing this pull request.
