Changed player display #22

Something like a green point next to the active player a "change name" button on top or under the player list, in addition to the (you) link next to the name.

Sounds good to me.

Font DejaVu Sans has to be made available to ensure reproducable appearance accross browsers (proper centered unicode arrows for example).
