Only move open & scored cards in classic mode #31

It is bm to shuffle around cards which have not been yet scored as soon as a game has started (=first pair has been scored).

Moving face-down cards the other might want to open during his turn is bad, and should not be possible. In a somewhat-serious game, you don't mess with the cards after the match starts. Already scored cards however can be movable. I hope this makes sense.

The hassle seems to outweigh the usefulness. Thus only nice to have.

To recap:

[ ] classic: before any pair had been scored, anyone might move any card, regardless of his turn
[ ] classic: when a pair has been scored:
- [ ] scored cards can be moved by anyone at any time
- [ ] unscored cards can only be moved by the current player
[ ] rush: anyone can move anything at any time.
