Server-side card color generation #38

For when the chosen card deck is random colors. Use go-colorful. Probably send the list of colors with the initBoard message.

However, the colors are not really memorable to me. Maybe some kind of numbering in addition to the colors could help?

I think it's ok. If the players want something more memorable, they should use pictures, shouldn't they?
