Add command line option to open on an address #21

A feature request would be to add command line option so that people can
start gitso and initiate the connection in one action.

Right now you start gitso and enter an ip address, I would like to remove a
step and have a short cut so that a user just open the connection.

This has been added in SVN. When the issues are resolved for the Windows port, 
we'll
release a new version which has a solid set of new features and bug fixes.
