Apply ALL Modifiers, keeps Shape Keys ON or OFF #1

I tested the add on and can see how it can be handy to apply modifier while keeping Shapekeys.

I wonder if it is possible to add options to:

Also I noticed it resets Shape Keys to default, can we keep the older value if possible? Thanks!

Hi Jimmy,

I'm very beginner in python, I did very little stuff on this add-on, but I'll use it a lot on my job and I'm planning to continue studying python and improve it. I'll keep in mind your suggestions for future updates for sure.
