This needs unification and pre-thinking. This is the last big piece before the first public release.

Origin of perturbations
Physics of the perturbations : how they grow etc ? Transfer function. P(k) -> ? Need the basic equations. Linear regime only ? Also need to account for DM, baryons, photons.
Observables : CMB TT power spectrum, galaxy 2-point correlation function, P(k) residuals.
Experiments : WMAP/Planck, SDSS/BOSS etc.
