update /logout page UX #190

http://latest.safeharbor.in/logout needs UX. @paigedes, I realize that this is arguably out of scope for your current commitment.

Source code-> views/profile/logout.html.

Log the user out directly from the pulldown, then send them to the splash page with the focus on the login form.

Logout the user directly from the pulldown, then send them to the /logout page, which needs to be retitled /loggedout or something....to explain that the user is logged out.
