There's a site which doesn't use our form for accepting complaints. They want to have us monitor an email account and automatically create tickets for each incoming email.

What's the UX? What are the features?

This is much the same as the Zendesk integration project that Micah and I, and Nicole and I talked about.

An important project but I don't know when to do it.

Assigning this to the "Passive" milestone, even though it's a scary large job that we may want to push down the road.

Maybe this is too big for the Passive milestone.
