Footer on admin_add_infringement #232

The old footer from /inbox is applying to the new file called admin_add_infringement. It appears to a part of a wrapper on the page associated with Inbox.

We need to get the file in the proper place so it gets the footer from the admin part of the app instead. Thoughts @lucasgonze? Perhaps you had a different mental model of how this works?

Pick up the new routes/box-routes.js to get the correct footer. I was using dash_main for the template. In this version I'm using shared/main.html for the template.
