buff up "coming soon" page #238

1) @lucasgonze to make the code for the actual real actual one accessible to @paigedes 2) Paige to buff it up 3) Later on let's add the login form in the upper right.

Checked in wrapper file to views/firstrun/nop.html and interior file to views/run/comingsoon.html.
