Create Account button on home #251

Currently there's a link in the nav bar titled "Register."

Let's have the application flow here be to: 1) inform the potential new customer that we don't do automated signups yet 2) direct the potential new customer to contact us to discuss their needs and come up with a solution for them

Maybe the link would change to be "+Create Account"?

Verified - the fix is the copy down by the contact form "Send us a message We'll reach out to you to discuss your needs and come up with a solution".
