Browser check for new corp site on FF, Chrome, Safari, IE 6,7,8 #254

FF, Chrome, Safari all done.

IE 7,8 checked. Holds up fine. Falls over in IE6.

AFAIK it falling over in IE6 isn't a big deal for us at this point. @lucasgonze?

For IE6, need to disable the CSS stylesheet completely. Something along these lines:

    <!--[if gt IE 6]>
    <link href="/dash/css/safe_bootstrap.css" rel="stylesheet">
    <link href="/dash/css/bootstrap-responsive.css" rel="stylesheet">
    <![endif]-->

What does it mean to fall over in IE6?

Is it disastrous or less functional?
