home page stripe should be full width of the page #258

The stripe with text "Handling copyright issues is what we do best." should go edge to edge in the view port. Instead it's inside the main area.

This is somewhat moot since I switched the home page to use paige's original mock at public/corporate_home instead of the refactored main.html shell.
