add sites/artists/uploaders sections to corp home #261

Add a three-part text section with headers for each of the major stakeholders and text explaining what's in it for them.

i've added this markup, now just waiting on the base copy to move it around to the appropriate place.

Actually, I like what you did with the "Mission" section so much that I think it says it all. It's informative and terse at the same time. We can't improve on that.

Can you temporarily suppress this new section? Let's come back to it if we feel like people aren't understanding the mission.
