top well in home page needs UX #263

When I rewrote the very top blurb in the corp home page the current presentation stopped making sense. Needs... something or other.

Right now we're "Safeharbor handles DMCA takedown notices for search engines, user generated content sites and ISPs."

How does this work?

"We help online service providers handle DMCA takedown notices."

I like the specificity, but I see where you're going with it and I'm for it.
