style the "I'm here because" blurbs #265

Get the little motivation blurbs in the Our Team section to look right. Italics, a quote mark, something like that.

"I'm here because I had an insight that much of the collision between the internet and copyright is a technology problem. I want to bring safe harbor technology to the point of creating a more fair world for artists, web sites, and curators."

Vetting the text also might not be a bad idea, but isn't so time sensitive.

Did some mild styling, want to revisit, also made the font bigger in general. Closing cause I will keep at this, no need for ticket
