How do I disable them?

Antenna does not have that feature. Your apple tv probably has them turned on. Go to your Apple TV settings and then turn off subtitles.

All the apps in the apple tv give the option to enable or disable the sub for that app. Usually swiping down on the remote's Touch surface. It would be nice to have the same here
