Fallback in case of errors #6

I have a Rest service responding with http errors, which lead to logging and an error field.

Instead I want to set a default json object.

Thanks for contributing @gandalfb, I'm gonna take a look at the plugin, try to merge all the changes and upload a new gem (hopyfully next week).
