Configuration override values should be written to environment specific config files after Terraform deployment

The configuration.prod.yaml file requires resource IDs specific to the prod environment, e.g the Application Insights resource ID. These resource IDs and other values should be automatically written to configuration.prod.yaml after Terraform deployment. Additionally, the apimartifacts folder has resource IDs that point to the dev environment that should also be replaced with outputs from the deployment process.
