Define events for Logistics Microservice #10

This microservice will publish events to notify the world about:

Product Out of Stock
Product In Stock (after having been out of stock, also for products that are in stock for the first time ever)
Update Shipment Status (at least these statuses: shipment prepared (order picked), shipment handed over to package service, shipment delivered to customer, shipment lost)
