Adding a fix for issue #30 #37

I have Addes a modification to grammer-mapping.coffee to fix issue #30 i have tested this on windows and it apprears to resolve the issue with no problems.

Thanks Setkeh! Bash now works without issue.

This fix has also been tested with ZSH and KSH shell script formats with no issues.

Nice one! Does it fix all the mentionned file extensions referenced in the issue too (#30)? What is your Windows version?

Unfortunately this only solves the Bash/Shellscript issue outlined in #30 im trawling through the docs atm to see if i can fix Typescript and Processing but due to plugins providing the support for these languages it may be difficult to provide a solution that works for every one.

My Windows version is: 1.11.2
