Probably similar to #30 Running macOS Sierra - Atom 1.13.1 ALT-R produces the following error:

Error calling `pygmentize`: Error: no lexer for alias 'typescript' found

So it's now working ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I had to change the mapping file to use "shell script" lower case to fix it.
