Update to egui 0.27 #20

Blocked by https://github.com/emilk/egui/issues/4295 This only affects egui_virtual_list and egui_infinite_scroll though, so if someone needs this now, please leave a comment and I can release the update for the other individual crates

Yes please, I use egui_dnd and would like to upgrade to 0.27.
