Added annotations and custom pin. #5

A custom pin has been added and the new classes are separated into folders. The idea here is to use the MVC architecture. It's a good idea?

I think PR's thread isn't the best place for this kind of discussion. Try reaching out to other folks engaged in this project + @lucasmontano to make this decision. Sounds reasonable?
