Restructuring

Motivations

• Organize the code to be more understandable (SRP);

Changes

• Separate database to a separated file;
• Separate routes to a separated file;
• Separate job to a separated file;
• Changed ChattersService to ignore bots;
• Changed mongodb -> mongoose, for better control of the schema;
• Created a controller for better data handling;
