Velocity plots have arrows stuck close to each other for `IsoTimeDependentHydro` #16

For the .vtu outputs of the IsoTimeDependentHydro, the velocity vectors appear much closer than they ought to (I think they should appear at quadrature points or support points) when you show vectors at all points. I'm not sure whether this indicates an actual simulation problem, but it is annoying, at the very least.

Not sure what was going on here, but it doesn't appear to be happening anymore. Will reopen if I notice the problem again.
