This rewrite aims for 3 big changes:
Better reliable/fragmentation protocol, should handle any bandwidth
Split the transport layer into a separate struct, so it's possible to have custom transport layers
This makes it possible to implement the transport layer using the Steam API
Simplify the configuration:
The current configuration has a lot of values that are not useful for the user, these changes aim to remove all unimportant values
