DSToolbox aims at creating a framework for the analysis of Dynamic Stall based on experimental data. The experimental data might be produced using an airfoil describing different type of motion, especially pitching and ramping up.
Talpha is defined as a function of r, so it only applies to ramps -> we cannot insert it in Beddoes-Leishman with simcos data for now.
The idea would be to define r for pitching motion as being the reduced pitch rate when static stall is attained. Maybe it should be averaged over all periods
