I noticed when playing around with Kai's tree stuff that I wanted to be able to see more of the world sometimes. This makes it so scrolling with a mouse wheel or touchpad will adjust the perspective by changing the fovy value (zoom). Note this is different than the view distance dollying when we move the mouse around - that just moves the camera and doesn't affect perspective.
